Image extraction API
Send a webpage URL and receive every discovered image as a JSON array. This uses the same browser extraction engine and JSON item format as the dashboard export. GIFs and SVGs are included.
1. Get an API key
Sign in and find your unique API key on the dashboard. Existing accounts receive one automatically. Keep it private and pass it in the Authorization: Bearer header. A dashboard login cookie is not required for this endpoint.
2. Make a request
Send JSON with one required field: url, an HTTP or HTTPS webpage URL.
curl -X POST 'https://imgpick.codekunda.com/api/images' \
-H 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY' \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--data '{"url":"https://www.python.org/"}'3. Read the response
A successful response is the JSON array itself—no wrapper. It contains image, GIF, and SVG items. A page with no images returns [].

Errors
Errors return a JSON object with an error message and a non-200 status: 400 for invalid input, 401 for a missing or invalid API key, and 502 if extraction fails.
